Join Our Meditation Classes For a Shared Journey
In our welcoming group meditation sessions, you’ll connect with fellow meditators, fostering a sense of community as you exchange experiences and positive energy.
Our method, practiced across Europe and globally, unites us with centers in Stockholm and Milan. We are currently collaborating our meditation classes, and hoping to expand the community as well.
Experience guided meditation led by experts, available at various times throughout the day to accommodate your schedule.
Additionally, we offer personalized 1-1 counseling and individual sessions as needed, ensuring tailored support on your meditation path. Embrace this opportunity to grow and meditate together – a path towards inner harmony and connection.
FAQ For Our Classes
Each meditation class lasts for 1 hour, with the exception of our 6AM online class, which is 30 minutes.
The class begins with a short greeting, followed by a meditation video to ease you into the practice. A brief talk from our instructors aligns your mind for meditation. The core of the session is the guided meditation, lasting about 45 minutes. The session concludes with a brief reading from a meditation book.

After your trial class, you can subscribe for our membership to book further classes. Through an easy-to-use booking app, you can secure your spot in any class up to 2 weeks in advance and even an hour before the class begins.
The choice is yours: join online via Zoom or at our centre.
Absolutely. Our classes are designed to cater to beginners as well as those who are already familiar with meditation and wish to deepen their practice.
We have 8 levels within our meditation system, each with different methods. In group sessions, meditators of all levels come together.
Before joining group sessions, you’ll have a personalized one-on-one session with an instructor.
They’ll introduce you to the method and practice alongside you until you’re ready for group meditation.
All you need to bring is yourself and a small notebook or journal along with a pen.
