How Often Do I Have To Meditate?

We often mention that the more you meditate, the greater the benefits you’ll experience!

With that in mind, we suggest attending sessions at least 2 – 3 times a week, particularly during the initial phases. As you grow more accustomed to the practice, you’ll notice that investing time in these classes boosts your productivity, ultimately leading to time saved.

I have never meditated before, can I still do it?

Absolutely. Our classes are designed to cater to beginners as well as those who are already familiar with meditation and wish to deepen their practice.

 

We have 8 levels within our meditation system, each with different methods. In group sessions, meditators of all levels come together.

 

Before joining group sessions, you’ll have a personalized one-on-one session with an instructor.

They’ll introduce you to the method and practice alongside you until you’re ready for group meditation.
